If you’re struggling to write content for your website, think about what sort of things your customers ask the most. What do you hear time and again from your customers? Answering their questions through your website will naturally move them through the funnel to either purchase, educate, contact or follow – depending on your objectives.
If it’s been a while since you’ve taken inventory on your website, keep these ideas in mind and give yourself an audit. Are you speaking at them or to them? There’s a difference!
