Improving your contact forms

Here’s something no ones talking about.

Assuming you know you should have a contact form on your website.

What’s the users experience once they hit submit?

What happens? Where are they directed? What messaging are they seeing?

Here’s my recommendation, Redirect them to a thank you page.

On this thank you page you can have a video or message on what to expect next.

And if you really want to do something that’s even more effective.

Embed a Calendly calendar on your thank you page giving people a chance to schedule a time with you.
