A typical workflow is: someone fills out a form, and you try and get them on the phone to sell and qualify them.

What we did is after someone fills out our form, 1 minute later we send an automated email driving them to schedule online using a tool called Calendly.

We get a 70% conversions on the scheduling, and a 90% show up rate for the meetings.
